Carrie Glaser
Owner, Designer
Carrie has an extensive background in interior design totaling over 30 years. She graduated from UW-Eau Claire and worked with another design company before founding KFD with a business partner in 1987. Carrie has watched the company grow from a small back-alley shop to the thriving store-front it is today. She says the best part of her job is "seeing the joy in a customer's face when the project is finished and having them stop back in, just to say hi."

Dave Wellsandt
Owner, Designer
Dave came to Kitchen & Floor Décor over 28 years ago as a partial owner. Prior to joining the team, he worked with a commercial and residential drywall, paint, and wallpaper contractor - giving him a total of 30 plus years in interior design. He says his favorite part of his job is "getting out of the office to do a measure in a client's home or business, and then coming back to create ideas to solve their problems."

Nicole Fowler
Designer
With over a decade under her belt, Nicole has grown from intern to full-time designer. She has brought a fresh perspective to the showroom. "I always wanted to be an interior designer," says Nicole. "I love learning about our customers' individual styles and creating beautiful and functional spaces for them."

Coordinator
Devon has been with the KFD team since February of 2016. She's often one of the first faces you'll see as you walk in or one of the happy voices you'll hear on the phone. "My co-workers and clients are what I love about working here. Everyone is super nice and welcoming, which makes it a joy to work here. I've always wanted to work in design, and KFD has offered wonderful opportunities for me to learn more about the business," comments Devon.

Bob has been with Kitchen & Floor Décor for over 22 years - managing the warehouse and orders. He is active in the community as a school bus driver. Bob says, "my favorite part of working here is the relationships we have formed between our staff and the companies we work with."

Zach is our newest team member. He is fresh out of High School, and excited to get his feet wet learning about products and helping homeowners achieve their remodeling dreams. We are excited to see what perspectives and ideas he adds being of the Gen Z generation.
